Our second distilled spirit in our expanding offering takes its name from the foxtails that proliferate Cicero Swamp.  Proudly distilled in New York State, Foxtail is an 80 proof whiskey aged with oak chips, featuring a hint of caramel on the nose, and finishing smooth on the palate.
